Main Responsibilities

Principal Concept Architect

Lead architect in charge of the Lead Concept Design full package of main areas and features from Stage 0 – 3 reporting to Dewan CED and project manager.

This large-scale development includes two 32-story hotel towers, a podium with a landscaped courtyard, a multifunctional event building, and a series of high-end villas prototypes. The towers house approx. 1,300 hotel-condo units (studios, 1- and 2-bedrooms, plus 10 rooftop houses).

The C-shaped podium frames an elevated courtyard with cascading pools, gardens, and F&B areas (food court, restaurant, bar). The arrival sequence features a dramatic lobby aligned with views to the courtyard and towers.

To soften the towers' vertical mass and add elegance, I designed undulated balconies that create rhythmic façade variation. These are interrupted at key levels to visually break the mass into horizontal stages. Additionally, circular triple-height façade voids serve as interior oases, providing spatial relief and a unique architectural signature.

I also designed the villa prototypes layouts of 2 and 3-bedroom luxury units with private pools (175-265sqm) and the multifunctional hall (1,342 m²) for events. The full concept was delivered in 3 months and approved by all stakeholders, probably will be modified-adapted due to budget engineering reasons
