The client, a close-knit group of friends looking to spend their retirement years together, desired a place where they could live healthily, surrounded by nature and luxury. The proximity to the golf course and medical centre reassures them that they will enjoy their later years with both well-being and peace of mind.
This feasibility and Concept design study, initiated by MVAA is a project that envisions a luxurious residential complex with five exclusive apartments, offering a unique blend of privacy, community, and wellness.
Set on a picturesque plot, the dwellings are designed to maximize the stunning views from all four sides—overlooking lush landscapes, a prestigious golf course, and the renowned medical center nearby.
At the heart of the design is a magnificent rear garden, which serves as a serene focal point.
Each of the upper apartments boasts expansive balconies and terraces that open onto this glorious garden, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.
The ground-floor apartment has its own private garden and hidden terrace, ensuring privacy while maintaining connection to the landscape.
Shared amenities enhance the communal aspect of the development:
A large outdoor swimming pool, tennis court offer spaces for relaxation and recreation. A stylish clubhouse, featuring a large communal meeting living -dinning room with industrial kitchen, fully equipped gym and saunas, also includes a separate coworking area with views of the garden, perfect for social or quiet retreats.
