This project features exclusive prefabricated wooden villa prototypes designed to exemplify contemporary architectural practices while prioritizing sustainability and efficiency.

Available in configurations ranging from 1-bedroom to 3- or 4-bedroom layouts, these homes offer a versatile foundation for modern living.

The design embraces open-plan interiors that enhance spatial flow and natural light, with large windows oriented toward private gardens to create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Central to the design is an innovative wooden pergola, crafted from prefabricated materials, which serves as a dynamic element. Equipped with automated louvers, it allows for adaptability to varying sunlight conditions, providing shade and privacy as needed.

The prototype's inherent flexibility enables transformation from two expansive living areas into three or four distinct spaces, accommodating the diverse needs of residents while maintaining aesthetic integrity. Each configuration is rooted in sustainable construction practices, emphasizing energy efficiency and harmony with the environment.
